In response to the EC Sugar Reforms, the Government has developed a National Adaptation Strategy (NAS). The overall objective of the project is to assist Swaziland in adapting to the EC Sugar Reforms.
EC has contracted GFA Consulting Group as responsible RDMU coordinator for the impleŽmentation of the measures outlined in the NAS, providing the technical assistance, and managing the project budget. GFA Consulting Group is now looking for a short-term Economist or Agricultural Economist. His tasks are outlined below. The proposed short-term assignment starts from 01 September 2010 and ends on 13th December 2010. Should the RDMU be extended, then the position of the economist / agricultural economist can be considered for being extended.
